Whether you’re a freshman starting high school or a senior preparing for graduation, our Guidance Department is here to make each of your transitions as seamless as possible.

Graduation Requirements

Want to make sure your child graduates on time? Below is a list of required credits a high school student needs before he/she is qualified for graduation.

  • English - 4 Credits (required each semester)

  • Math - 3 Credits (required 9,10,11 grades)

  • Science - 2 Credits

  • Social Science /World Civilization - .5 Credits

  • Social Science/U.S. History - 1 Credit

  • Social Science/Civics - .5 Credit

  • Social Science/Consumer Economics - .5 Credit

  • Physical Education - 3.5 Credits

  • Health - .5 Credit

  • Driver Education - .5 Credit

  • Computers - .5 Credit

  • Fine Arts (includes Spanish and vocational courses) - 2 Credits

  • Electives - 9.5 Credits

  • Total Credits Required for Graduation - 28 Credits
