Today is a B-Day.
A representative from the Navy will be here tomorrow during Wildcat time and the lunch periods. If you are interested in a future with the military please stop by their table for information.
Interact Club Meeting on Friday September 5th during WT in the District Board Room.
Friday Nights home football game vs. Sandwich will be an Hawaiian Theme.
If interested in working Concessions this Friday, please sign-up in Ms. Keane’s room.
There will be a Sophomore Class Rep Meeting during WT on Thursday September 4th in Ms. Keane’s Room.
Any junior interested in being on the Prom Committee, there will be a meeting during WT in Ms. Keane’s room on Tuesday September 9th.
The first CAT Crew Meeting will take place on Wednesday September 10th at 11:30 am at the Coalition Office.
Homecoming Guest Request Forms are available on the office counter. They must be returned by Friday September 19th.
Students – if you wish to utilize the student parking lot with a vehicle, be sure to have your application and $50 returned to Krista in the main office. No Application and no payment made means no parking spot. You must park in your assigned parking spot.
Seniors - If you want extra support with the college process, representatives from TRIO can help. They want to meet with WHS seniors to explain their services. If you are interested, please email Brenda in the Guidance Office.
If you like making Youtube videos or recording podcasts, then the WHS AV Club is for you. We're having our first meeting of the year on Monday, September 8 during Wildcat time in room 213. Please contact Mr. McGee if you cannot attend but still have interest in the AV Club.
If you are planning on applying for NHS next year and need service hours, a tutoring opportunity may be available. Please email Brenda in the Guidance Office if you are interested in after-school or summer tutoring.
Starting after Labor Day, Free Tutoring will be available every Tuesday from 3:10-4:10pm. Classrooms for tutoring will be Ms. Keane for English and Essays, Mrs. Maupin for Math, and Mr. Ivanoff for Science.
If you are planning on applying to National Honor Society, or for college scholarships in the future, it is important for you to document your volunteer hours and collect supervisor signatures. Pick up a volunteer log in the Guidance Office. To qualify for National Honor Society, students need at least 50 hours of community service.

WHS Students: please continue to monitor your grades thru your Skyward Account. Please check your school email 2-3 times daily.
The Service Road between WHS and WMS/SIS is Off-Limits to bike riders and walkers before and after school. The service road is for buses only in the morning and afternoon. Vehicles should not drive on the service road as it is reserved for the School Buses. No Skateboards on WHS property.
Students driving to and from school day should obey the Speed Limit and Stop Signs. Especially on Wildcat Court, watch your speed limit. Please take the responsibility as a driver to follow driving laws. Please take extra caution with the snow, ice, and wind when arriving and departing.
