Big weekend for WHS Athletics:
On Friday Night, the Sophomore and Varsity Boys Basketball Teams defeated Lisle in ICE Conference play. They host Somonauk tonight at 5:30 / 7:00 pm
On Saturday, the Varsity Girls Basketball Teams won both games the Iroquois West Tournament. Will now play Tri-Point at 5:30 pm tonight and the championship slated for Wednesday night at 7:00 pm.
On Saturday, several Wrestling placed at the Pontiac Invitational. Logan Van Duyne - 1st Place; Will Wilson - 2nd Place; Oakley Rivera - 5th Place; Timothy Powlick and Tyler Nelson - both 6th Place.
On Sunday, the WHS Competitive Cheer Team earned 2nd Place with their Game Day Routine in the Marian Catholic ICCA Invite. This earned them a spot in the ICCA Championship in January.
